I am an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor working with individual adults of all ages. Integrative counselling and psychotherapy incorporates training across many different schools of psychotherapy. I believe this provides me with a breadth of experience of the different approaches that can be adapted to the needs of clients.

I came to study counselling and psychotherapy after a career as a social science researcher and after having practiced as an alternative medicine therapist. You could say that understanding and helping people has been my lifetime’s work. From personal experience, I have also benefitted from the transformational potential of therapy.

I have a Diploma in Integrative Counselling, an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I trained at the Minster Centre, a leading pioneer in training in counselling and psychotherapy. I am an Accredited Member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I am currently undertaking a certification with the Institute of Embodied Psychotherapy.

I regularly undertake supervision, professional development courses, workshops and training as part of my continuing professional practice development. I practice anti-racism and respect difference and welcome people of any gender identity, sexuality, ethnicity, background or with any aspect of diversity. My current pronouns are she/her.
